New blog

Hi, my name is Hilary and I have just created this blog so am trying my hand at posting and attaching one of my cards.This is one that I made for Mothers day for my Mum using the spellbinders grand oval dies, centura pearl  and co ordinations card from crafters Companion, punched fern leaves, s punch I have had for many years, sorry don't know the make and flowers using a spellbinders die.
I started card making about 10 years ago after I had to resign from my job due to ill health and am hooked.Looking back, my first cards weren't wonderful to say the least but nevertheless, I stuck at it and hope that I have improved. My first love is rubber stamping but I like most techniques. I also enjoy scrapbooking and am now trying altered art and mixed media.
